Role of Warehouse Transport Admin

• Planning and scheduling deliveries and pickups, ensuring timely transport of goods
• Preparing and processing shipping documents, such as invoices, bills of lading and customs forms
• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock records
• Processing orders and ensuring timely fulfilment
• Warehouse Management System - maintaining and updating WMS
• Communicating with customers and suppliers regarding delivery schedules, tracking and any issues
• General admin duties: scanning, photocopying, data input etc.

Available Shifts:

• Monday-Friday Rotational AM & PM (6.00-14.00/14.00-22.00)

Pay Rates of Warehouse Transport Admin

• Rotational Shifts - from £11.49/hr, with overtime paid at x1.5 rate after 37.5 hours worked
• Paid Weekly
