Your New Position



As a WARP Contracts Handler, you will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of individual contracts within the warehouse department. You will work closely with the contract manager to ensure that contracts are properly administered and compliance is maintained.



Responsibilities include:




  • Serving as the first point of contact for any contract-related queries.

  • Ensuring contract documentation is accurately filed and easily retrievable for the contract manager or other key parties.

  • Maintaining comprehensive records of contracts.

  • Liaising with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure all contractual needs are met.

  • Deputising for the contracts manager in their absence.



Requirments for Success




  • A graduate degree is preferred.

  • Experience in warehouse operations, with a good understanding of bulk and case pick processes.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Strong IT skills, with experience using the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Data entry experience and prior transport knowledge are desirable.

  • Location: Based in Lutterworth and Hinckley offices with travel as needed to client sites.
