The Warranty Administrator will:
- Be based within the Service department, report to the Service Manager and work closely with all areas of Service, overseeing all warranty claims
- Be responsible for the warranty function ensuring that claims are managed and processed
- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
- Work in a structured & organised manner
- Ensure full accountability and compliance of parts and labour claimed under warranty
- Drive the warranty function forward through development, communication and implementation of a clear, pro-active, strategic approach
Update the systems including- Kerridge

Warranty experience within a main dealer would be extremely advantageous
