Waste Operative

My client based in Darlington is looking for a Waste Operative to join their team on a temp to perm basis

Due to the nature of the client, you must be able to pass an advanced drug and alcohol test before starting work

The ideal candidate would have a Forklift Counterbalance licence (inhouse and expired licences would be accepted), though full training on site can be provided for someone who shows great enthusiasm towards the role

Duties include:

• Driving counterbalance trucks
• Yard operative duties
• Correct recycling on site
• Breaking down cardboard boxes
• Operating bailer machines and other equipment
• Keeping the work area clean and tidy
• Other duties as and when required

Rate: �12.40 - �14ph

Hours: Weekly rotations between days, backs and nights

Role: Temp to perm, immediate start
