Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Bristol, Somerset.
Salary / Benefits �24k - �35k + Training + Benefits
We are working closely with a well-respected and trusted Water Hygiene / Legionella management company who have a strong presence in the South of England. The successful candidate will be covering Commercial and Industrial sites, carrying out the full range of water hygiene services in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines. Our client can offer further training, attractive overtime / travel time rates and company pension.
Working across the South West / M4 corridor and surrounding areas: Bath, Trowbridge, Shepton Mallet, Weston-Super-Mare, Bridgewater, Ilminster, Yeovil, Shaftesbury, Chippenham, Stroud, Cirencester, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Malbrough, Devizes, Andover, Warminster, Swindon.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Will have extensive hands-on experience working as an engineer for a reputable Water Hygiene / Legionella company.
" Able to demonstrate excellent working knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Familiar with onsite logbooks.
" Excellent organisational skills.
" Able to work well independently and with others.
The Role:
" Legionella monitoring and temperature sampling.
" TMV servicing and failsafes.
" Showerhead cleans and descales.
" CWST cleans and disinfections.
" Calorifier inspections.
" Flushing of little used outlets.
" Carrying out sampling and analysis of closed systems.
" Dosing of closed systems with correct chemicals.
" Working in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Ensuring to update onsite logbooks upon completion of work.
