Job Title: Water Treatment Commissioning Engineer
Location: Bristol, Somerset.
Salary / Benefits �24k - �42k + Training + Benefits
We are working closely with a leading Water Treatment company in the South West. They are now looking to recruit a hardworking and knowledgeable Water Treatment Commissioning Engineer to join their longstanding team. The successful candidate will have experience carrying out commissioning duties, including but not limited to: balancing and measuring flow rates, primary and secondary balancing of water systems, ensuring equipment is calibrated and producing detailed reports based on site findings. You will be working on Educational, Healthcare, Local Authority, and Industrial sites.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Bath, Trowbridge, Shepton Mallet, Ilminster, Weston-Super-Mare, Minehead, Bridgewater, Taunton, Yeovil, Bampton, Tiverton, Barnstaple, Exeter, Exmouth, Torquay, Bridport, Weymouth, Poole, Dorchester, Warminster, Sailsbury, Andover, Chippenham, Swindon, Malbrough, Devizes, Cirencester, Stroud, Gloucester.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Will have hands on experience working as a Commissioning Engineer for a professional Water Treatment / HVAC company.
" Will have extensive water treatment, chemical, and technical knowledge.
" Excellent communication / time management skills.
" Holding a CSA grade 2 or higher would be beneficial to the role.
" Extensive knowledge of Health and Safety / CIBSE guidelines.
The Role:
" Working on Educational, Healthcare, Local Authority, and Industrial sites, carrying out balancing, inspection, and validation of air and water systems.
" Primary and secondary balancing of CHW and LTHW water systems.
" Calibrating equipment prior to carrying out work.
" Balancing and measuring flow rates.
" Working in line with relevant Health and Safety / CIBSE guidelines.
" Gathering information from site and producing detailed comprehensive reports.
" Working closely with clients, maintaining excellent working relationships.
" Using site specific drawings to produce detailed reports upon completion of work.
