Job Title: Water Treatment Equipment Engineer
Location: Coventry, West Midlands
Salary/Benefits: �27k - �45k + Training & Benefits
Our Client is an innovative name within Water Treatment, with a large client-base and a reputation for providing ethical and conscientious services. They are seeking a knowledgeable Water Treatment Equipment Engineer, who can efficiently complete routine servicing and installations of various water equipment units. The ideal candidate will have well-rounded knowledge and hands-on experience and will need to be confident to hit the ground running. They are offering excellent salaries and packages.
Applicants will ideally need to be based in: Coventry, Rugby, Royal Leamington Spa, Daventry, Stratford-upon-Avon, Banbury, Worcester, Redditch, Droitwich Spa, Solihull, Kidderminster, Stourbridge, West Bromwich, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Cannock, Rugeley, Lichfield, Tamworth, Nuneaton, Leicester, Coalville, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Castle Donington, Derby, Nottingham, Beeston.
Experience / Qualifications:
- You must have experience working for a Water Treatment company, servicing and installing equipment
- Will have excellent technical knowledge, including ACOP L8 and HSG 274
- Holding plumbing qualifications would benefit applications, such as NVQ, City & Guilds and G3 Vented & Unvented
- It would also be prudent to hold electrical installation training / qualifications
- Able to produce comprehensive service documents and reports
- Comfortable using IT applications
- Attention to detail
The Role:
- Completing servicing & installations on various water treatment equipment, such as: Reverse Osmosis, Water Softeners, Dionisation units and UV filtration systems
- Chemical dosing
- Resin exchange and regeneration
- Fault finding on site and recommending repairs
- Carrying out both PPM and reactive repairs and maintenance
- Writing detailed reports, outlining works undertaken and any recommendations
- Working across a mixed portfolio of Commercial, Industrial and Domestic sites
- Travelling as per company needs
