About the Role We're working on behalf of a leading Tier 1 infrastructure contractor to source a Wayleave Warden for a nationally significant underground cabling project. This Ipswich-based position will support the coordination of land access, third-party consents, and stakeholder engagement—ensuring smooth delivery of works across key utility routes.

What You'll Be Doing Liaising with internal project teams and the client's land rights specialists to coordinate site access
Engaging with landowners (Grantors), land agents, and local authorities to obtain necessary consents
Managing planning submissions and highway applications (e.g. road or footpath closures)
