Responsibilities Content Management: Assistant in updating and maintaining product listings on our website and Amazon Seller Central (Amazon Store). Inventory Management: Help monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring products are in stock and available for sale. Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service through various channels, including email and messaging. Data Entry: Assist in data entry tasks related to sales, inventory, and other e-commerce metrics. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives. Reporting: Generate and prepare reports for the Website and Amazon Seller Central Manager, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis. General Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative duties, including scheduling, documentation, and other tasks as needed.
