Website Product Owner - Financial servicesSalary - £75,000-85,000 + 20% bonusHybrid - Tues, Weds, Thurs in the office, 2 at home.We have recently partnered with one of the leading global digital financial services company in the world.They are looking for a Web Product Owner to lead across several of their key websites and own the overall experience & performance of the websites, working closely with stakeholders across the business on a weekly basis.Role: You will align the website product roadmap with wide business initiatives.Collaborate with the wider global team across Marketing, Tech, etc...Responsible for guiding the development and enhancement of the websites to support demand generation, top of funnel growth and excellent user experience.Work closely with the product development and tech development team.Create/manage the global website strategy.Edit and improve the functionality of the website, including conversion optimisations and engagement.SEO best practices.Drive end to end website product initiatives including research and discovery, development of user flows, wireframes and stories (with UX/Design), and ongoing optimisation.Requirements: 5+ years' experience in a similar level Website/ Web Product manager role.Must have solid Financial industry experience.Track record in working on international/global sites, CX and site structure.Communication, leadership and project management skills.Fluent in Chinese and English (Huge added bonus)Strong understanding of website architecture and infrastructure (DNS, Hosting, Security, SRE)Confident working within a changing and time pressured environmentKnowledge about user-centred design principles and strong understanding of website user behaviour and the roles that websites play in customer experiences/journeys.Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation and user testingStrong understanding of international website UX/UI, design and development practices.
