This role incorporates the end-to-end wedding planning across multiple venues within the city. As part of the catering team, you will be managing the clients from the initial enquiry- creating bespoke quotations for their weddings and attending site visits with the venue teams. You will oversee all planning in the lead up to the event including menu tastings, linen, flowers, table decoration and more!This role needs someone with a creative flair and a passion for food as you will be working alongside their chefs to put together the couples perfect menu.
