Weekend Chef to�work in a Care Home in Royston in Hertfordshire. This is an opportunity to work with a well-established client, working weekends only hours.

Main Duties- �Cooking meals for Care Home Residents
- Knowledge of allergens is required.
- Be a dependable, committed and a team player.
- To have high hygiene standards and be focused on food safety.
- To carefully monitor stocks, staffing levels, portion control, quality, etc
- To personally observe measures relating to health and safety, hygiene, and food safety requirements
- To work within the COSHH and Safer Food Better Business Guidelines and supervise the keeping of such logs and records as many be deemed necessary.
�
� Uniform requirements will be Chef whites and knives, previous experience of Cooking for large numbers is required.
You will need to have a
DBS�with relevant checks to be considered for this role.
Working Saturday and Sunday 08:00 to 14:00. we can offer a salary of �17.50 ph. This role is being offered on a temp basis.
