You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.What you’ll do:Be a kitchen star and plan all operations & training for the production teamDirect the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foodsPlan and price menu items, order supplies, and keep records and accountsWork on the range with the kitchen team to train, guide & developMonitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulationsPrepare, produce and present food to the highest standardWhat you bring:NVQ level 2 or 3 chef qualification or equivalent and minimum 1 years of experience in hands on cooking includingExperience in menu planning and productionExperience in or exposure to bulk cookingWhat we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
