Were looking for a skilled and creative welder/fabricator to join our team at Atlanticbike, a leading provider of bespoke bike storage solutions in the UK. This is a great opportunity for somebody looking to take responsibility and ownership of setting up a new fabrication workshop from scratch. About Us: We specialise in designing and fabricating custom bike sheds with premium aesthetics, security, and functionality. Every piece is made in our family-run workshop, and we pride ourselves on combining innovation with traditional craftsmanship. The Role: This isnt your typical fabrication job. We need a welder/fabricator who can do more than just follow drawings and instructions. Youll be integral to shaping our unique designs, bringing creative input, and problem-solving in the fabrication process. Additionally, you will play a key role in setting up our new workshop you will have the responsibility of sourcing and setting up all the necessary equipment and processes.
Key Responsibilities: Set up and organise the workshop with all necessary fabrication equipment and processes.
Skilled metalwork and welding, with precision and attention to detail.
Collaborate closely with our design team to bring concepts to life
Apply creativity to solve challenges and enhance the aesthetic design
Ensure top-tier craftsmanship in every product
Work on bespoke, customised projects with flexibility and adaptability
About You: Proven experience in metal fabrication and welding
Strong creative instincts, able to think beyond the standard and contribute original ideas
