Are you an experienced MIG Welder looking for a new opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of an established, family-run business near Yate that operates in the agricultural industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected company that values its employees and offers a long-term, permanent role with excellent working conditions.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on primarily steel components


• Interpret technical drawings and welding specifications


• Set up and operate welding equipment


• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards


• Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure efficiency


• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in MIG welding (especially on steel)


• Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment


• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings


• Knowledge of welding automation systems (preferred but not essential)


• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
