We are currently recruiting for an experienced Welder to join our clients team based in Telford.
The successful Welder must have experience working with aluminium and steel processes.
Duties include:
Determining the correct equipment to use and method based on requirements and specification
Acccurately reading drawings and taking mesaurements to plan the project
Cutting & joining material
Completing MIG & TIG welding
Welding components in vertical, flat and overhead positions
Skills/experience required:
Competent at TIG welding aluminium of various thicknesses
Competent at MIG welding aluminium & steel of various thicknesses
At least 3 years previous experience of working in a fast paced manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Experience of working with machinery including drill press, band saw & cut off saws
Working hours:
Monday to Thursday 07:30-16:30
Friday 07:30 - 15:30
An immediate start is available for the successful Welder.
