Welder

We’re hiring for a Welder to join a busy department at a fast growing, market leading manufacturer based in Furness Vale, High Peak.

This is a full-time permanent position, with further opportunities to grow and develop within the company.

What’s on offer?

• £15.88 per hour


• 4-day week: Monday - Thursday 6:30am - 5:00pm


• Immediate start

What will you be doing as a Welder?

• Performing MIG welding on various components and assemblies


• Overseeing the full fabrication process, including cutting, folding, and operating guillotines


• Using multiple welding machines to repair, maintain, and produce bespoke equipment of varying sizes


• Assisting with material management in the workshop, ensuring efficient use and availability of resources


• Maintaining a safe and organised workspace, adhering to all health and safety guidelines

What do you need?

• A minimum of 2 years previous experience with MIG welding


• A good level of communication and problem-solving skills


• Apprentice qualified preferred
