Location: Cardiff (Hybrid Role)

Salary: Up to �28,000 per annum

We are seeking a qualified Welsh-speaking Health and Social Care Assessor to join our client in Cardiff. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both from home and within the community, covering learners within an hour's radius of your home address.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and supporting learners to achieve their NVQs in Health and Social Care.
  • Planning and delivering high-quality training sessions tailored to individual learner needs.
  • Monitoring and reviewing learner progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with awarding body requirements.
  • Engaging with employers and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive learning experience.

Essential Requirements:

  • Fluent in Welsh (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Full UK Driver's Licence.
  • Qualifications and experience in NVQ Assessing.
  • Proven experience working in Health and Social Care, with relevant occupational qualifications.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
