Are you a passionate Welsh speaker with a desire to support students and make a difference in education? Tradewind Recruitment is looking for dedicated Welsh-speaking Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in primary and secondary schools across Rhondda Cynon Taff.

Our designated Welsh Department is committed to providing exceptional education support, and we're looking for enthusiastic LSAs who share our passion for the Welsh language and inclusive education.

You will:

• Support Welsh-speaking students in the classroom, helping to create an inclusive learning environment
• Assist teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities
• Help to ensure students reach their full potential, both academically and socially

To be considered, you should:

• Be fluent in Welsh (written and spoken)
• Have experience working with children or young people (in any capacity)
• Hold a passion for supporting the learning and development of students
• Be adaptable and committed to ensuring every child receives the support they need
