Wet Sprayer

We are working alongside our client in the Uttoxeter area to recruit a Wet Sprayer to join their team.�

Duties of the role include but are not limited to:

• Preparing parts including sanding and filling�


• Mixing and using 2 part polyurethane paints�


• Using HVLP pot gun to spray parts�


• Ensuring that the products are in the correct bays�


• Checking all parts for damages and reporting them as needed


• Checking the route cards for each part�


• Ensuring that all parts are protected correctly�


• Processing of the items in accordance with specifications and to a high standard�


• Planning of the workload to minimise waste of raw materials


• Ensuring extractors, doors and all other work equipment is in working order�


• Conduct basic reactive and preventative maintenance work on the equipment�


• Report any issues relating to the machinery is reported to the manager / team leader�


• Complete and scan route cards�


• Help load and unload as and when required�


• General housekeeping duties�


• Assisting with the training of other staff when necessary

This job is working Monday to Thursday 06.00 - 15.30 on a temporary to permanent basis�
