White Goods Engineer
Working across Birmingham, Wolverhampton, and Walsall
Full time, permanent (42.5 hours per week)
£30,000 per annum + commission circa £10,000 + overtime
Full valid driving licence is required

Our client is a Domestic Appliance Repair Agent, specialising in servicing Samsung Appliances in and out of warranty. As they continue to grow, they're looking for a dedicated professional to represent their company in providing high-quality field-based repair services.
This position covers work in the Birmingham, Wolverhampton, and Walsall areas, and reports to the Service Centre in Cheshire once a week to collect parts.

The Role
As a White Goods Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing household appliances for both warranty and non-warranty products. Working directly in customers' homes, you'll ensure top-notch service and efficient repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct fault diagnosis, testing, and repairs on appliances such as Washing Machines, Tumble Dryers, Fridge Freezers, Electric Cookers, Ovens, Hobs, and Dishwashers
Deliver excellent customer service in a field-based environment
Maintain and complete all relevant reports and paperwork
Collect parts from the Service Centre in Cheshire weekly

The Ideal Candidate
You will be a hands-on, methodical, and customer-focused professional who enjoys working independently and has great attention to detail.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar engineering role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Full valid UK driver's license
IT literate with the ability to complete paperwork and reports accurately
Methodical approach and keen attention to detail
