Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team. The Estimator will be responsible for compiling accurate quotations based on surveyor drawings and measurements across a broad spectrum of suppliers and fabricators. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the window industry, possess excellent analytical skills, and be proficient in using multiple quotation software tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review surveyor drawings and measurements to accurately assess project requirements.

- Collaborate with suppliers and fabricators to obtain competitive quotations for materials and labor.

- Utilize various quotation software tools to prepare detailed cost estimates.

- Analyze cost factors and pricing trends to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to clarify project specifications and requirements.

- Maintain organized documentation of quotations, including revisions and updates.

- Continuously evaluate and improve estimation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in the window industry, with a strong understanding of window and door solutions.

- Proficiency in using quotation software tools, such as Logikal, Business MicroCS, or 1st Degree, is highly desirable.

- Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimation processes.

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with suppliers, fabricators, and internal teams.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- A degree or certification in a relevant field would be advantageous.
