Work-experienced RIBA Part 2 Architectural Assistant

*Architectural Assistant position available in East Lancashire for aspiring and ambitious Architectural individuals. There is an opportunity here to work on some inspiring, medium & large-scale projects locally and across the region*
This position is commutable from Preston, Blackburn, Burnley, Bury, Bolton and various smaller towns across Lancashire and even North Yorkshire and parts of Greater Manchester.
Our client are a well-known Architectural practice that operate across a wide range of sectors (Residential, Commercial, Industrial). Their existing team is comprised of very experienced Architects and incredibly talented Technicians. They are looking to strengthen their team through the appointment of an Architectural Assistant. They can offer support and guidance from experienced Architects and Architectural professionals and the platform to go on to become a fully qualified Architect.
In order to be considered for this Architectural Assistant position, we need applicants to meet all of the following criteria:

�RIBA Part 2 Qualified.
�At least 1 years UK-based experience.
�Be proactive and clear in identifying and meeting objectives.
�Be able to demonstrate quality communication, technical & presentation skills.
�Comfortable working in an office environment alongside senior colleagues.
�Live in a commutable distance to East Lancashire.
A competitive salary is on offer between �25,000-�29,000 per annum.
