Work Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Working Supervisor to lead a team of technicians, skilled/semi-skilled engineers, apprentices, and trainees. In this role, you will oversee maintenance, service, installation, and repair of commercial/industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of service engineers and technicians.


• Service, maintain, repair, and commission refrigeration and air conditioning systems within set timescales.


• Estimate labour costs for maintenance, service, and repair work, and prepare customer quotations.


• Allocate labour to maintenance, service, installation, and repair contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and financial success.


• Maximise utilisation of human and material resources in conjunction with the Service Manager, providing necessary engineering support.


• Offer technical and logistical support to engineers and technicians.


• Control work in progress to ensure timely job completion.


• Maintain technical and safety standards, adhering to Health & Safety practices and recommending improvements as needed.


• Ensure quality service standards are upheld.


• Perform other related duties as assigned.
