With expertise in Finance, HR, and Procurement, and hands-on experience with cloud applications like Workday and SAP, the team leads client programs, supports pre-sales, and continuously enhances the Powered Enterprise model. As demand grows, our client is expanding the team and seeks seasoned technology management consultants.Functional Skills of a Workday Financials Manager:Degree-level education or equivalent.Understanding of key business drivers for Finance transformation (e.g., cost reduction, insights-driven improvement).Experience across various industries (e.g., Media, Retail, Banking, Government).Strong influencing skills, capable of guiding decisions with senior leaders.Proven experience with multiple Workday Finance ERP implementations from presales to post-go-live as a Solution Architect.In-depth knowledge of Workday Finance processes across Finance and Procurement.Experience in designing and delivering processes like Invoice to Cash, Record to Report, Procure to Pay, within Workday Finance.Broad understanding of Workday product sets including HR and Payroll.Familiarity with the architecture of Workday Finance programs and cloud implementation challenges.Experience leading teams of 10+ colleagues, including clients and third parties.Strong planning and estimation skills for Workday Finance programs.Understanding of user experience design and its influence on solutions.Professional Skills:Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation abilities.Strong analytical skills to clarify and synthesize complex information.Experience creating project deliverables (e.g., business requirements, functional specs).Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.Strong interpersonal, team-building, and motivational capabilities.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and make informed decisions quickly.Apply now or reach out to ##### to learn more.AMC/TRO
