As demand grows, our client is expanding the team and seeks seasoned technology management consultants. /p p strong Functional Skills of a Workday Financials Manager: /strong /p ul li Degree-level education or equivalent. /li li Understanding of key business drivers for Finance transformation (e.g., cost reduction, insights-driven improvement). /li li Experience across various industries (e.g., Media, Retail, Banking, Government). /li li Strong influencing skills, capable of guiding decisions with senior leaders. /li li Proven experience with multiple Workday Finance ERP implementations from presales to post-go-live as a Solution Architect. /li li In-depth knowledge of Workday Finance processes across Finance and Procurement. /li li Experience in designing and delivering processes like Invoice to Cash, Record to Report, Procure to Pay, within Workday Finance. /li li Broad understanding of Workday product sets including HR and Payroll. /li li Familiarity with the architecture of Workday Finance programs and cloud implementation challenges. /li li Experience leading teams of 10+ colleagues, including clients and third parties. /li li Strong planning and estimation skills for Workday Finance programs. /li li Understanding of user experience design and its influence on solutions. /li /ul p strong Professional Skills: /strong /p ul li Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation abilities. /li li Strong analytical skills to clarify and synthesize complex information. /li li Experience creating project deliverables (e.g., business requirements, functional specs). /li li Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. /li li Strong interpersonal, team-building, and motivational capabilities. /li li Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. /li li Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and make informed decisions quickly. /li /ul p Apply now or reach out to ##### to learn more. /p p AMC/TRO /p
