Job Description
You'll be responsible for developing and supporting our Enterprise IT Finance Architecture and would work with stakeholders from Finance, IT and our internal development teams and external partners. Providing thought leadership and innovation in building and improving existing and new systems integrations. Driving and designing the technical architecture to help achieve company business objectives.
Key responsibilities and experience:
Highly experienced in architectural principles and project governance.
Strong knowledge of Finance systems and accounting processes. P2P, O2C, AP, AR, etc.. Accounting qualifications would be beneficial.
Ability to improve and optimise existing finance systems.
In-depth knowledge of Workday Financials, Adaptive and Accounting Center
Able to work across various functions and be empathic to other stakeholders key agenda and design solutions that enable scale and help future proof the wider business.
Strong business acumen and demonstrates experience in delivering successful change projects utilising Workday
Excellent communicator, able to communicate with both tech and non technical audience and simplify complex topics to enable understanding and buy-in. Including leading workshops with multiple stakeholders.
You must have a proven track record in delivering complex finance change management and a key figure in transformation projects.
Process mapping, data analysis, reporting and optimisation experience.
