Description

As a Workforce Planning Lead your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies.
  • Identify gaps in workforce capabilities and propose solutions.
  • Monitor workforce trends and provide appropriate recommendations.
  • Collaborate with various department leaders to align workforce plans with organisational goals.
  • Lead change management initiatives related to workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with public sector standards and regulations.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the workforce.
  • Prepare regular reports on workforce planning activities and outcomes.

Profile

A successful 'Workforce Planning Lead' should have:

  • Proven experience in workforce planning ideally within a public sector and government environment.
  • Ideally experience with contact centre/customer service departments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and workforce analytics tools.
