Working Foreman

Working foreman required for a 3 Month project in Central london.

Project type is a small residential refurbishment of high end property in the Mayfair area, cost of project is around �(phone number removed).

Will include strip out and enabling works, fit out of all rooms including new kitchen, bathroom suites wiyth all the M&E to input. Full redecoration and plastering and tiling.

This will be a hybrid role where you will need to be on the tools helping to finish some of the works whilst managing a small team of tradesmen and liaising with subbies.

Day to day running of site will consist of:

Inducting new operatives onto site

Overseeing health and safety and ensuring safe working practices are adhered to

Keeping stock of materials and reporting to upper management of any additional materials/plant are required

Keeping the site running to program and repoirting to upper managemnt the progress on a weekly basis

Liaising with the client and subcontractors.

Potential to move on to futher projects as has happened with other managers who have now been with comnpany for the past year.
