Job Opportunity: Working Foreman / Leading Hand – Carpentry (Guildford Area)

4Site are seeking an experienced Working Foreman / Leading Hand for a refurbishment project on a farm near Guildford. This role is carpentry-based and requires a hands-on approach to leading the team on-site.

Job Details:

• Start Date: 24th March
• Duration: Minimum 2 months
• Hours: 8am - 5pm
• Location: Near Guildford (own transport required)

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role
• Ability to read and work from drawings
• First Aid certification (essential)
• Own transport and power tools

Duties:

• Leading and overseeing the site team
• Hands-on carpentry work
• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard
