Working Forman

This project invloves the construction of a two storey extension to link with the phoenix building together with associated landscaping and access arrangements.

Ideally looking for candidate that is from a carpentry background. You will be responsible for up to 30 trades looking after QA and health & safety on site. This project will run for 6 months.

Supporting the contract in the site management of quoted/ project works, carrying out operative observations in both health and safety and quality standards, conducting equipment checks to ensure compliance, working alongside supervisors to assist with, quotations, progress checks and materials sourcing.

Experience:

• Must have at least 5 years trade experience, including managing delivery of maintenance repairs and planned works and a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry.
• Must be competent in at least 2 other secondary trade skills
• Must have full driver's licence.
• Must have a good level of computer literacy, preferably MS Office, including Outlook.
• This role will be subject to a DBS clearance.
