Working Site Foreman

Ivy Resource Group are currently looking to hire a Working Site Foreman to join one our clients on a permanent basis in Cirencester Gloucestershire.

The company:

Our client is a regional contractor who work on industrial conversions, barn conversions and new build houses.

The role entails:

Opening and locking up the site each day

Ensuring the site is kept tidy

Assisting the Site Manager with job roles including dealing with trades on site

Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project along side the site team

Ensuring the sub-contractors have everything they need on site to complete their job roles

Collecting tools and materials from local merchants

Requirements:

Must have full UK driving licence and own transport

Must be able to read and understand drawings

What are we looking for?

A good background in construction and working on site with a trade background ideally

Happy to assist with with the site team, dealing with any issues that may arise
