Workshop Engineer - Pumps

Join the UK's leading pump distributor as a Workshop Technician / Engineer at their head office in Sheerwater, Woking.
You must have experience servicing and repairing pumps.
THE ROLE:
The role is varied, helping with day-to-day operations, including:
- General engineering to ensure that our pump units are built as specified
- Service, repairs, and testing of pump units and any associated equipment.
- Pick and prepare orders of pumps and goods ready for despatch.
- Operate a forklift
- Receive deliveries and check goods
- Control inventory and manage stores
Hours: 8 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Thursday; 8 am - 1:30 pm Friday!
Finish at 1:30 pm on Friday!
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience of working with pumps and motors
- Good mechanical and basic electrical skills
- Full UK driving licence
- The ability to deal professionally with customers
- IT literate - comfortable using Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- A short commute from Sheerwater, Woking.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- �30,000 - �40,000, dependent on experience
- 20 days holiday + public holidays
