Responsibilities for a Workshop Foreman

• Respond to breakdowns as required, using the on-call rota and company vehicle.
• Manage and inspire a team of Engineers and Yard Operatives, focusing on customer satisfaction, while providing ongoing performance feedback and career development support.
• Work closely with the technical department to update and maintain spare parts information on the Spanner system.
• Optimize workshop operations to fulfill customer and business requirements for products and equipment.

Requirements for Workshop Foreman

• Full UK driving licence
• Experience working with power tools, diesel engines, powered access equipment
• A can do attitude
