Workshop Manager

An exciting and challenging permanent position for an experienced Workshop Manager who is a time served HGV Mechanic to join a leading company in Bristol.

You will have full responsibility for the in-house workshop of 5 mechanics, large vehicle fleet, plant and machinery, to optimise productivity and quality through the best use of workshop planning tools and by working very closely with all members of the maintenance team.
A previous background in leading, motivating and developing a fleet maintenance team from a logistics/transport background is needed along with the ability to multi-task with a level of flexibility to support the needs of all day-to-day operations.
HGV licence C+E desirable
