Workshop Manager

We are working with a reputable client based in Northallerton�who require a

Workshop Manager to join their team.

The position is a permanent role paying��16.00�- �20.00�per hour�(DOE)�+ Benefits.

Working Hours:�

Monday - Friday�7.30am - 4.30pm

28�days holiday (including�bank holidays)�

The ideal candidate will have experience�working�as a Carpenter or Bench Joiner. The right candidate will also have Management or Supervisory�experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• General day to day management of production on site


• Responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time


• Resolving any production issues that may arise


• To ensure that all works are completed to a high standard


• Responsible for the Health & Safety of factory staff


• Managing parts and supplies Inventory levels


• Maintenance of all workshop tools and equipment

Key Requirements:

• Management or supervisory experience


• Must have Cabinet making, Bench Joiner or Carpentry experience


• Excellent attention to detail
