Workshop Planner

We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client, an experienced Workshop Planner to join their exisiting team on a permanent basis.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan all workshop activities through CRM system - This would be appertaining to machining works, fabrication, callout site work, and refurbishment works

•To manage the CRM system and ensure all works are scheduled on time

• To source materials from suppliers, produce purchase orders and manage deliveries

• Managing goods in and out ensuring all materials required arrive on time for scheduled jobs and are labelled to associated works

• Ensure deliveries are conducted and delivery notes returned

• Works closely with workshop supervisor for scheduling purposes

• Conduct and lead a daily and weekly planning meeting

• Ensure business KPIs are met • Analyses turnover based on actuals jobs versus potentials
