I am seeking an experienced CNC Machinist / Precision Engineer / Team leader with the right attitude to run a small machining and assembly workshop.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining a safe work environment, and meeting production targets.

You:

- Good understanding of a variety of machines; CNC Turning and milling (3,4 and 5 axis)

- Take pride in quality outcomes

- Be dynamic and able to oversee a variety of different projects

- Confidence to lead and instruct a small team and report to senior management
