Location: Orton Southgate, Peterborough Salary: Circa £40,000 + Benefits Industry: Engineering / Fabrication / Mechanical Build
Are you an experienced workshop professional with a background in welding, fabrication, or mechanical assembly ? Do you have the leadership skills to supervise a team of 5-6 skilled technicians in a bespoke manufacturing environment?

The Role: As Workshop Supervisor , you’ll be leading a small team in the hands-on production of bespoke mechanical builds . You’ll oversee projects from disassembly through to final reassembly, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction . Some client communication will be required, as well as occasional on-site installation supervision .
