Location: Wyreena Community Arts Centre, Croydon
Maroondah City Council is seeking an experienced, creative and enthusiastic Arts Program Officer to join the Arts and Cultural Development Team.
The successful applicant will be a key member of the Wyreena team with responsibility for the design, promotion, co-ordination and evaluation of a wide range of arts based programs at Wyreena Community Arts Centre, including the Wyreena term programs and workshops, The Arts Lounge program and indoor and outdoor events.
Applicants must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong track record in a comparable role within the arts and community sector.
Demonstrated experience of working within a busy team environment is required, together with the flexibility to work out of hours on an ad hoc basis.
