Yard Labourer

Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for an individual to become a Yard Labourer with our Glenrothes-based client.

What's on offer?

• Monday to Friday - 42.5 hours per week
• £11.44 per hour - paid weekly
• Immediate starts available

As a Yard Labourer your duties will include:

• Loading and unloading of vehicles
• Receiving, checking and storing goods
• Preparing customer orders for deliveries/collections
• Keeping yard and warehouse areas tidy
• General labouring duties
• Operating Forklift Truck (following appropriate training)

To be successful as a Yard Labourer, you will have previous experience in a labouring or other manual position - preferably in a yard environment. Combined with the ability to work on your own and in a team; following both verbal and written instructions. Forklift experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
