The Role:

• Position: Year 1 Lead Teacher.
• Salary: MPS/UPS, reflective of your skills and leadership responsibilities.
• Start Date: ASAP, with interviews scheduled from 10th January 2025.
• Location: Walthamstow, East London, easily accessible by public transport.

Key Responsibilities of the Year 1 Lead Teacher:

• Deliver Outstanding Lessons: Provide engaging, creative, and high-quality teaching for Year 1 pupils, setting the foundation for their future learning.
• Lead the Year Group: Oversee and support the Key Stage 1 team, fostering collaboration and consistency.

• Monitor Progress: Track pupil outcomes and identify areas for improvement, ensuring every child thrives.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with at least 3 years of teaching experience, ideally in Key Stage 1.
