Aspire People are seeking a passionate and experienced Year 1 Teacher to join a vibrant and welcoming school in the B12 area. This is a full-time role where the successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to a class of Year 1 students, fostering a positive learning environment that supports both academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Year 1 curriculum.
* Create an engaging and nurturing classroom environment that promotes positive learning.
* Assess, track, and report on student progress, providing tailored support where needed.
* Foster a love for learning and ensure the holistic development of each student.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent approach to teaching and learning.
* Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding students' progress.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Previous experience
* A DBS on the update service is a must.
* The ability to provide professional references from a previous employer, with email addresses from professional accounts.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for teaching and dedication to students' development.
