Year 1 Teacher: Summer term

We are looking for an excellent, enthusiastic and committed Year 1 teacher, with high expectations, who wants to become part of a suportive, hardworking and friendly team.

The vacancy is a temporary post, open to experienced and newly qualified teachers.

The temporary contract is for the Summer term only, working days will be Monday – Friday. There is a chance that the vacancy will continue or become a permanent appointment.

The successful applicant will have first class classroom practice and a strong commitment to engaging children in their learning and raising pupil achievement.

This vacancy is based at a friendly and welcoming school with children who are eager to learn, in a well-resourced environment. 

Requirements:

In order to be eligible for to apply for this role you will need:

• To hold QTS in the UK
• Have recent key stage 1 teaching experience
• Be able to provide 2 recent references to support your employment with children
• Be able to provide a full, clear DBS
• Ideally have access to car and be able to drive

Salary

£135 to £224 per day

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
