An excellent independent Preparatory School in London requires a Year 1teacher from January 2025, or an earlier start would also be considered. This a permanentposition, which would entail teaching Year 1pupils.
Essential: Prior experience teaching KS1or applications from strong ECTs would also be warmly considered. Full support would be provided for the ECT Induction. A right to work in the UK is essential.
Desired: A background in the independent sector would be a bonus;however, this is certainly not essential.
The school places a strong emphasis on the wider community and establishing a partnership with parents so that students are able to flourish in a nurturing yet stimulating environment. The development of interpersonal skills, team spirit and strong self awareness is achieved through a balanced approach which includes varied and exciting extracurricular and co-curricular programmes coupled with strong academics.
