Year 2 Teacher (Planning & Delivery) - Term 6, 3 Days a Week
Are you a dedicated and experienced Year 2 teacher seeking a flexible and rewarding role?
We are seeking a talented and passionate teacher to join our team at [School Name] for Term 6, providing high-quality lesson planning and delivery for a Year 2 class.
The Role:
* Develop engaging and stimulating lesson plans aligned with the National Curriculum and school curriculum framework.
* Deliver high-quality lessons, adapting instruction to meet the needs of individual learners.
* Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
* Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure smooth transitions and consistency in learning.
Key Responsibilities:

• Planning: Create detailed and well-structured lesson plans that incorporate a variety of teaching methods and learning styles.
• Delivery: Lead engaging and interactive lessons for the Year 2 class, ensuring clear objectives and assessment opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with other teaching staff to share ideas and ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning.

This role does not include:
* Reporting on student progress.
* Attending parents evenings.
Hours of work:

• 3 days per week, Term 6 (start date to be confirmed).

Essential Requirements:

• Hold a valid UK teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, etc.).

* Have a minimum of 1 year's experience teaching in a UK primary school setting.
* Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective pedagogy for Year 2.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
