The Role:
Plan and prepare engaging lessons based on individuals needs to motivate all learners.
Teaching according to the children's academic needs
Mark and assess within the school policies and procedures
Complete ongoing assessments, recording progress and reporting to middle and senior leaders
Communicate effectively with parents and carers with regard to pupils achievements and well-being
To ensure that the subject complies with the statutory requirements in terms of curriculum assessment and recording and reporting pupil attainment, progress and results
