Year 3 and 4 teacher

Teacher Needed – Ilford, London Borough of Redbridge

Strategy Education are recruiting for a Teacher to work in a year 3 or 4 classroom of a primary school in Ilford, London Borough of Redbridge.

The successful Teacher will plan and deliver lessons, manage the classroom, support students' learning and development, assess progress, and communicate with parents and colleagues. This also comes with a phase leader responsibility. This will be a full time role.  

The role will be for a September 2025 start. The school is looking for this to be a permanent role. The school is ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted rated, has good transport links and is in a caring, friendly and nurturing environment. Applications from 2025 experienced main pay scale teachers and upper pay scale teachers are welcome.

Teachers working in primary schools will be:

Planning and delivering lessons

Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Assessing and monitoring children’s progress

Managing classroom behaviour

Communicating with parents and guardians

Collaborating with colleagues and school staff
