About the Role:
� Position: Year 3 Teacher
� Location: Southend
� Start Date: March 2025
� Contract: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:
� Deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire and challenge Year 3 students.
� Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
� Monitor and assess student progress, providing support where needed.
� Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement the curriculum.
� Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians to ensure student development.
� Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.

What We Are Looking For:
� A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
� Experience teaching in a primary school, preferably with Year 3 students.
� A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
� Strong classroom management skills.
� A commitment to helping all children achieve their full potential.
� Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive school culture.
