This full-time role offers the chance to make a significant impact on the education and growth of Year 4 pupils in a thriving school community. Starting immediately, the position runs until the end of the academic year, with the possibility of extension based on your performance.

Role Details and Benefits
- Pay: £120-£200 per day, based on experience.
- Location: Hazel Grove and Woodley
- Duration: January start, full-time, possibly the remainder of the academic year, with potential extension.
Year 4 Teacher Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead a high-achieving Year 4 class, delivering creative and engaging lessons aligned with the KS2 National Curriculum. Key duties include:
- Designing lessons that challenge and inspire, while supporting the school's creative curriculum.
- Adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs and bridge knowledge gaps.
- Tracking and analysing data to inform teaching and maintain high attainment levels.
- Building strong relationships with pupils, fostering trust and mutual respect.
- Collaborating effectively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and the wider school team.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong references showcasing experience in KS2 (preferably with Year 4).
- Comprehensive CV covering full employment history, with any gaps explained.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide suitable references.
